When I was younger, I was skinny, weak, and frustrated. I tried doing more cardio and eating less. It only made things worse.
What changed my life wasn’t a supplement or a 6-week challenge. It was discipline. Strength training. Better habits. Consistency.
Now I help others build muscle, lose fat, and feel confident — without starving themselves or living in the gym.
